On your iPhone or iPad
- Open the Photos app and scroll down to Shared Albums.
- Select the Shared Album you want to download photos from.

- Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow) located at the bottom left of the screen.
- Choose Save Image or Save Video. This will save the selected item to your device’s photo library.
On your Mac
- Open the Photos app and select a Shared Album from the left-hand menu.
- Select the photo or video you wish to download.
- Control-click (right-click) on the selected photo or video.

- Highest Resolution: Downloads the best quality version for your device, typically in HEIC or H.265 format.
- Most Compatible: Downloads in JPEG or MP4/H.264 format for better compatibility across different devices and platforms.
- Tap Download to start the download process.
On your Mac or PC
- Go to iCloud.com/photos in a web browser.
- Sign in to your Apple Account.
- Click to select one or more photos or videos. To select multiple items, hold the command key on Mac or the control key on PC while clicking.
- Click the Download button (cloud icon with a downward arrow) in the upper-right corner. Alternatively, click More (three dots) > More Download Options for quality choices.
- In “More Download Options”, you can choose between Unmodified Originals, Highest Resolution, or Most Compatible, as described above.
